We weren't designed to spend our lives alone and indoors.

Somewhere along the way we started thinking we didn't need help from anyone.  

We isolated ourselves indoors and self-medicated with whatever we thought could make us happy. 

Now we have an epidemic of depression, loneliness, anxiety, obesity, and addiction.

It's time to be honest about our struggles, admit we need help, and become the men we were meant to be.
